People spend hours at desks and on devices with no real-time awareness of their posture, leading to chronic back and neck pain. Existing solutions rely on bulky wearable sensors or manual self-correction, making sustained posture improvement impractical for everyday use.

Solution

Built an iOS application that leverages AirPod motion detection and computer vision to continuously monitor posture in real time. The app alerts users when poor posture is detected and provides progress updates and metadata to help users build healthier habits over time.
